My journey led me to become a Personal Trainer, Diabetes Management Specialist, Disordered Eating Specialist, Somatic Trauma Informe dCoach,Life Coach, NLP Master Practitioner, Nutrition Psychology Coach, and  Accredited Menopause Coach.
